Older homes are notoriously challenging, and years of experience enabled us to deliver the project within a challenging timeline and overcome difficult problems installing state-of-the-art technology in a Victorian home. HYPHA designed and delivered the most advanced and boutique home automation, audiovisual, and home automation systems.

Our client commissioned HYPHA to design and install a wide range of smart home technology throughout this exciting new build, a substantial country residence.

This unique home exceeding over 5,00 square feet has been architecturally designed for family living and for entertaining. It features numerous outbuildings, entertainment spaces, a gym, pool, home theatre, and numerous outdoor experiences.

We specified a wide range of intuitive smart home technologies including Smart lighting, Smart AV, Automated Window Dressing, together with bespoke Home Security and Access Control.

The home is designed to a very high specification with high-end discrete audio speakers in every room, including the pool and gym. All rooms were designed with maximum experience in mind, with hidden joinery, invisible speakers, and integrated state of the art Soundbars and woofers that were carefully and respectfully integrated to bend into the interior designed cabinetry.

Incorporating the meticulously designed garden, landscaping, lighting, and AV played a vital part in the client’s enjoyment. With Sonance Garden Series speaker systems with 8 satellite speakers, an in-ground subwoofer provided a beautifully balanced outdoor audio coverage to many areas.

We installed modern advanced lighting control technology that allowed us to remotely and automatically manage boutique illumination systems—including brightness, colour, and timing—through connected devices. Wireless protocols provided a central pre-programmed central communication platform, a smartphone app, and voice control.

With a blend of Roller Shades, Venetian, Roman, Smart Curtains, and smart glass, the property required strategic design. Utilising the best-in-class LUTRON systems, HYPHA integrated smart functionality thus allowing for a range of automated and remote-control options. The creation of scenes is vital and extremely personal, ultimately delivering a unique, bespoke living experience complimenting mood and general well-being.
